Qu\u00e9bec Mega Trail (QMT) <\/b>is proud to unveil its program of 100% free events which will be held throughout the 12<\/span>th<\/span> edition, from July 5 to 7, at Mont-Sainte-Anne. From rock music to house and techno, from yoga to obstacle courses: the program includes a range of activities for all tastes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Festive evenings on the menu<\/b><\/p>\n

In music, QMT will welcome <\/span>DJ Mike<\/b> to mark the start of the QMT-100 MILE<\/strong><\/a>S at the<\/span> H\u00f4tel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix<\/span>, in Baie-Saint-Paul, on Friday, July 5. Saturday evening, the group<\/span> The Unplugged Band<\/a><\/strong> will take the Mont-Sainte-Anne audience into its madness with unmissable acoustic covers. The band will be preceded by <\/span>DJ Redo<\/b>, who will get the crowd dancing with its very eclectic style.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sunday, QMT promises a wild DJ set with three turntable champions from Quebec region: <\/span>Bruno M<\/b>, <\/span>Justin Blanc<\/b> and <\/span>Stormies<\/b>. Able to burn up dance floors in the biggest events of the city, the DJs will create a summer atmosphere to entertain all visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n

To take care of yourself<\/b><\/p>\n

In order to increase the knowledge of outdoor enthusiasts, <\/span>Catherine B\u00e9langer <\/a><\/b>from <\/span>PCN Physio <\/b>will offer a conference about sports nutrition. Yoga teacher \u00c9lodie D\u00e9ry<\/strong><\/a> will be happy to relax the audience\u2019s muscles by giving a Vinyasa yoga session on Saturday and Sunday morning. For children, the \u00abLes petits b\u00fbcherons\u00bb obstacle course will be back again this year. Inflatables, face painting and entertainment will also be on the menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exhibitor booths<\/b><\/p>\n

Running and outdoor enthusiasts, as well as curious visitors, will be able to wander between the booths of more than ten exhibitors : <\/span>Salomon<\/b>, <\/span>XACT Nutrition, PCN Physio, Faux Mouvement, Plan\u00e8te Nutrition<\/b>, <\/span>La Cord\u00e9e<\/b>, <\/span>Coros<\/b>, <\/span>Karibu<\/b>, <\/span>Icebreaker, Multi-Clinique Parc Sant\u00e9, Holos, N\u00e4ak<\/b> and more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Microbrasserie La Souche<\/b> will be the event\u2019s official partner for its alcoholic refreshments and <\/span>OUI OUI – Buvette Foresti\u00e8re<\/b><\/a>,<\/span> a brand new food supplier, will offer a healthy menu composed of Charlevoix specialties.<\/span><\/p>\n
