Registration Cancellation by the Participant
You can request a partial refund (taxes included, platform or transaction fees excluded) according to the terms below. You must complete the following form and our team will process it as quickly as possible.
Refund schedule :
Until December 15th = 85%
Until March 15th = 70%
Until May 15th = 40%
After May 16th = 0%
No bib transfers are possible. To avoid fraud related to bib transfers, we are granting partial refunds based on your registration date. IMPORTANT: Reselling your bib is strictly prohibited, and proof of identity will be required upon collection.
Until May 31st, you can change your race for a fee of $20 + tax, only if the new race you choose still has availability. If you choose a more expensive race, you will have to pay the price difference between the amount already paid and the price in effect for the new race at the time of the change. If you choose a less expensive race, there will be no refund on the price difference. You can change your race yourself at RunReg.com.
We are offering the exceptional opportunity to defer your registration to the 2027 edition in exchange for volunteering at QMT 2026 To benefit from this opportunity, you must complete our volunteer form. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your participation. The deferral is granted once your attendance at the 2026 event has been confirmed and completed.

If the event is canceled, participants will have 15 days to make their choice among those proposed below:
However, no refund requests will be accepted in the event of a cancellation due to force majeure occurring within 48 hours prior to the event or during the event. As stated in the rules, the race director reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for safety reasons or in cases of force majeure.
Onsite registration may be possible for some races, according to bib availability. It is however not possible to register onsite for (QMT-50, QMT-80, QMT-135).
