We accept deferrals if you volunteer for the current edition. Contact us: info@ultratrailcanada.com If you wish to transfer your bib number to another participant, you can do so online via Runreg by following the instructions received with your registration confirmation email until May 31st. We do not accept any transfers after that date. There is a 25$ fee + any difference in registration, if applicable. It is the buyer’s duty to transfer the amount of the bib to the seller.
Changes are permitted (depending on the availability of bibs) via your RunReg confirmation email until May 31st. There is a $15 fee + the difference in registration fee, if applicable. If changing to a shorter distance, the difference in fees is not refundable.
We ONLY accept to defer your bib to the following year if you volunteer for the current edition. Contact us: info@ultratrailcanada.com.

Onsite registration may be possible for some races, according to bib availability. It is however not possible to register onsite for (QMT-50, QMT-80, QMT-135.
