Québec Mega Trail is proud to announce a new partnership with the Le Germain Charlevoix Hôtel & Spa. The hotel will be the starting point of the QMT 100 Miles race in the evening of Friday June 30th, 2023. This agreement, which has been concluded for 3 years, will allow QMT to upgrade the experience offered to the participants of the legendary race by welcoming them in the peaceful and majestic decor of this undoubtedly renowned hotel.
“We wanted to offer more comfort to the athletes competing on the QMT 100 Miles, as well as their support crews. This will be an opportunity to enjoy Le Germain de Charlevoix’s restauration, accommodation and spa offer of Le Germain de Charlevoix. We will also be able to reconnect with the traditional face-to-face pre-race meeting in their beautiful spaces. The start of the mythical event will be in the large inner courtyard of the Le Germain Charlevoix Hôtel & Spa. Additionally, many areas of the hotel will be reserved for the racers who will take part in the event, including the Multi room which will be used for medical testing and the foyer which will host various kiosks. For their part, the accompanying persons will be welcome to take advantage of the facilities of the upscale hotel, and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the event with good food and a drink in hand.
Québec Mega Trail 2023 will also mark the return of the face-to-face pre-race meeting. This athletes’ favorite will allow them to receive the latest instructions before the start of their great 160 km adventure and to benefit from the advice of the event’s directors and commissioners.
There are still a few bibs available for the QMT-100-Miles. A unique and unforgettable experience for all its participants, located only 30 minutes away from Québec City, QMT 100-Miles is the only race of its kind to offer a linear course in the province. At the time of writing, some events are already sold out (QMT-50 and QMT-25) and some others, like the QMT-110 and the QMT-80 should be by Christmas time if the trend keeps up.
